Our journey started with a love for Amish furniture’s unmatched durability and beauty. I spent five years running multiple locations for a large retailer of Amish furniture in 2012. Seeking a better work-life balance and recognizing the rise of e-commerce, Lisa and I launched our own store, The Amish House in 2017. The Amish House began as an online retailer dedicated to sharing heirloom-quality furniture, handcrafted by Amish and Mennonite artisans. We opened our first store in Nolensville, TN in 2019. Since then, we have sold and shipped our products to 49 states!
Now we are excited to open our new showroom at 1731 Mallory Lane in Brentwood, TN. We are expanding our product line to offer custom cabinetry—think stunning kitchen islands, bathroom vanities, and built-in storage—crafted with the same care and precision that define our furniture. We combine our passion for quality with hands-on design experience to create cabinets that elevate your home.
We have partnered with three exclusive providers for our cabinet lines. Our makers prioritize quality over speed, ensuring every cabinet showcases exquisite workmanship, from hand-selected woods to flawless finishes. With endless customization options, wood species, stains, hardware, and sizes, you can work with our designers to create your perfect style.
